Returns have to be made within 14 days from the date of delivery by returning your item to our warehouse (Sinilille tee 6,Peetri,Estonia).

The postage of the return shall be borne by the customer. 

Returned merchandise must meet the below requirements in order to be accepted for a refund:

All items must be in original condition.

Product that has been used, altered or damaged will not be accepted.

Made to Order or personalized items cannot be returned.

Items purchased outside of our online store cannot be returned. These items can be returned using the same channel of the original purchase.

With proper care the door can last at least 10 years.

By the default we produce right-handed doors, however our doors are universal.

To change door handedness, move the upper slat to the other side of the door.

We use 8mm tempered glass (EN 12150-1) which is 5x stronger than ordinary glass.
